WaterMinder app assigns a default daily Water Intake Goal for you based on your weight. But that does not take into account other factors, like whether you are in a hot climate, or are very active, or are pregnant. It is therefore possible to change the Water Intake Goal to suit your environment, lifestyle, and what your body is telling you.
Changing the Water Intake Goal
1. To change you daily Water Intake Goal, go to Settings and tap your name.
2. On this screen you can change things like your weight, activity level, and the weather where you live. This will automatically adjust your daily intake goal. To manually adjust the goal, tap on it.
3. Enter your Water Intake Goal and tap Save.
WaterMinder app is now set with your new goal.
