I have purchased the Unlock All products and none of the sounds work. What do I do?

If you have purchased the Unlock All products, or an individual sound, here is how to get them working if they show the padlock.

Restore sounds

If you have purchased sounds but are unable to access them, you will see something like this screen when you open Relaxtopia.

Here is how to access the sounds again.

1. Tap the Info button

2. Tap Restore Purchases

3. Relaxtopia will then restore your purchase information from the iTunes store.

4. Go back to the main screen of Relaxtopia, and your purchases will be available.
