HabitMinder helps you track your progress towards completing habit goals each day. For example, you might want to walk 10,000 steps each day, sleep for eight hours, meditate for 30 minutes, or do 20 push-ups.
HabitMinder can collect some of this data automatically through your iPhone or from other apps. You must update other habits manually.
One you reach the goal of a habit, it will appear as Completed on HabitMinder's home screen.

The habits that can update automatically are walking, meditating, hydrating, exercising, and standing. You can also update each of these habits manually with the exception of walking. The walking habit updates as your phone tracks you walking.

There are two methods of manually updating a habit. You can tap the habit you want to update manually.
The other option for manually updating a habit is to swipe left on it.
