If you are experiencing an issue on your Apple Watch where you cannot get passed the "Please setup your profile" screen, even after following the Refresh Connection action, please try the steps below.
In order to get things rolling, follow these simple steps:
- Remove the Apple Watch app
- Restart both devices (iPhone and Apple Watch)
- After the devices finish restarting, install the Apple Watch app fresh from your iPhone Watch app
- Once the Apple Watch app is installed, open the iPhone app
- Open Apple Watch app, wait a moment and all data should be appearing
